BOUNCE
Bounce class is a high-intensity interval training on the mini-trampoline combined with targeted barre work. Clients will come on and off the trampoline during class utilizing light and heavy weights for a full body workout.

BOUNCE BURN
A new take on Bounce this 60 minute format will keep your muscles guessing. From intervals on the mini tramp to a trip to the barre, each class will be unique. Wear tennis shoes!
MAT

MAT PILATES
This class blends classical mat exercises and concepts from Joseph Pilates with harmonious exercises from other athletic disciplines - such as yoga, barre, and strength training - for a full body fitness treat. Props such as bands, weights, balls and blocks are often incorporated to enhance and spice things up! Join us to enhance your spinal health, core strength, joint stability, flexibility, coordination and overall wellness! Medium level intensity, low impact (no jumping or bouncing)
Warm Mat Pilates: room will be gently warmed to 80 degrees to enhance flexibility and promote detoxification
For Unheated Mat Pilates, mats will be provided

THE WORKS

This 50 minute infrared heated class designed by DEFINE instructors combines low impact strength training exercises with sculpting and lengthening moves for a full body burn. With careful attention to alignment and form, this class will incorporate a variety of heavier weights to challenge your muscular endurance, tone, lengthen and promote detoxification.

BARRE TONE is a low-impact, high-reward class designed to sculpt and define your muscles with precision and control. Using small, targeted movements and light resistance, this class focuses on toning the arms, legs, glutes, and core while improving posture and flexibility. Perfect for all levels, it’s a graceful yet powerful way to build strength and feel the burn.

Lagree classes are high intensity, low impact, full body workouts performed on a mini-Megaformer. Varying degrees of tension on the machine allow for advancements and modifications making the Lagree Method a suitable workout for every body.

INTERMEDIATE LAGREE
Lagree classes are high intensity, low impact, full body muscular endurance workouts performed on a Mini-Megaformer. In an effort to have the best client experience, clients are required to take 10 Lagree classes prior to signing up for Intermediate. The intermediate class is not suitable for beginners. Intermediate class assumes you have prior experience, includes more challenging exercises and/or moves at a slower tempo.

DEFINE's take on indoor cycling incorporates the ultra-effectiveness of our DEFINE Body class onto the bike, combining principles of isometrics with cardio blasting, high intensity fun! For 45 minutes, DEFINE revolution incorporates choreographed movements to high-energy music on a stationary bike for a full body workout.

This hour long fast paced class offers the perfect combination of two signature DEFINE classes, REV (cycle) and BODY (barre). You spend the first half of class on the bike heating up the body and getting the heart rate before transitioning to the body room for lengthening and strengthening at the barre. Spin shoes are available for rental and sticky socks are required for the barre portion of class.

Small groups range from 2-4 clients per session. Sessions last 60 minutes and utilize a variety of strength training equipment no matter your ability and/or goals
